By registering on this website, submitting the registration form, making any payment, or participating in activities of Bhinmal Cricket Academy, the user/player agrees to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Discipline & Conduct

• Players must remain regular, punctual, and disciplined during training sessions, matches, tours, and all academy-related activities.

• Any act of misconduct, including misbehavior, verbal abuse, racial remarks, or manhandling, during training, matches, tours, or any other academy activity will not be acceptable.

2. Kit & Dress Code

• All players must wear the proper academy kit during training and matches.

• Players must possess a complete cricket kit, which includes:

  • Bat

  • Batting pads

  • Thigh guards

  • Abdominal guard

  • Batting gloves

  • Headgear (helmet)

  • Any other required cricket equipment

3. Mobile Phone Usage

• Mobile phones are not allowed during training sessions.

4. Registration & Admission

• Registration will be provided only after thorough scrutiny of the submitted form.

• Submission of the registration form does not confirm membership.

• Registration will be confirmed and a registration number will be allotted by the Academy In-Charge only after receiving the admission payment receipt.

5. Fees & Payments

• Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Admission and monthly fees must be deposited only at the payment counter of the main sales center.

• Students are required to clear their monthly fees within the first 10 days of every month.

• If monthly fees are not paid continuously for two months, the admission will be cancelled.

6. Damage to Academy Property

• Any damage caused to academy property by a candidate will be liable to pay the cost of such damage.

7. Website Registration & Usage

• Users can register on the website by providing personal, parental, address, and identification details and completing the required payment.

• Registration on the website allows users to view their profile and related information.

• All information submitted must be accurate and correct.

8. Management Rights

• The Academy Management reserves the right to change the rules and regulations at any time without prior notice.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking the checkbox during registration, the user/player confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the above Terms & Conditions.
